The Athens City Festival is back for the second consecutive year, with more than 200 particular events organised in the city centre and the 129 adjacent neighbourhoods.
The exhibition “Pera, from the hand of Akylas Millas” presents the main street of Pera in Istanbul as it was until the middle of the last century. This is the first time that the drawings by Akylas Millas will be presented on a large scale to create the full scene and a clear image of the most cosmopolitan and multicultural district of the city in its most prosperous era.
25 artists invite the public to an open dialogue in the galleries of Athens where their exhibitions are hosted in May, give a guided tour of their work, talk about their influences, inspiration and the materials of their art.
