A little-known poetic text by Pier Paolo Pasolini, but with an explosive expressive power. It is an incomplete work taken from the author’s laboratory, an amalgam of speech and image, sound and pain, an expression of power and how people succumb to it, under the emblematic title L’italiano è ladro (The Italian is a Thief). In this piece of art, voice and poetic language, accompanied by a soundtrack, mesmerize the audience with their symbolism in an aggressive and occasionally disturbing crescendo.
