A tribute to the ’40s, with highly emotional songs and melodies that accompanied and gave courage, impetus and hope to the hearts of the Greek people during the difficult days of the War. Creators who succeeded in touching the hearts and inspiring people with their creative spirit. Konstantinidis, Sougioul, Sakellaridis, Traiphoros and Sakellarios managed to find their way to the soul of the Greeks, creating images of a more beautiful, peaceful and glorious world. Their protagonist was Sophia Vembo, the voice of Greek freedom.
Three exceptional singers sharing the same musical background, BabisVelissarios, EleniVoudouraki and IoannaForti, escorted by the stylistically unparalleled arrangements of the great VassilisTenidis, remind us, with their beautiful voices, of another period in history, of a lost, noble generation to whom we owe a lot.
