Within Temptation, the legendary rock band is back for a unique performance in Athens on Friday, July 22, 2022! With a two-decades-long career and undisputable fame, the kings of dark anthems will play all their favourite tracks at the Technopolis and new songs from Resist, their latest album. With six albums already released – Enter (1997), Mother Earth (2000), The Silent Force (2004), The Heart of Everything (2007), The Unforgiving (2011), and Hydra (2014) – and with sales exceeding 3.5 million copies worldwide, Within Temptation, with Sharon Den Adel and Robert Westerholt in the lead, is one of the most famous symphonic metal bands on the planet. The band has headlined major international festivals from Download, Hellfest and Wacken Open Air to Graspop and Woodstock Poland. It has been honoured with international accolades – the World Music Awards, Metal Hammer Awards and MTV Europe Music Awards, being just a few of them. With its most recent release, “Resist”, the band gives metal a more futuristic air in terms of music and subject matter.
Their message is straightforward and crystal clear.
