From November 8th to 12th, the Technopolis City of Athens opens its doors to host the largest Accessible and Inclusive Performing Arts Festival in Greece. The Nevronas FESTival, which was recognized as an excellent practice at the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Awards 2024 with Platinum and Gold awards, returns for its 3rd consecutive year, featuring both disabled and non-disabled artists and inclusive artistic groups. It offers the opportunity for people of all ages to enjoy, without limitations, a diverse program including theatre, concerts, dance, films, exhibitions, workshops, inspiring talks, and discussions of significant cultural and social interest.
Our goal, through art, is to highlight the talent and value of disabled artists, to communicate their stories and actions for equality, and to actively support the efforts of the disability community. Because… Art does not discriminate. Art is for people, by people, and it enriches our lives! Inclusion and Accessibility are integral parts of our social and cultural reality!
