Performance Digital Love
The virtual world and apps are changing perceptions of the self and the world. How is love experienced today?
How are relationships and self-perception being redefined in digital environments? How digital is modern love within our digital daily life?
The performance Digital Love comments on contemporary relationships/non-relationships, proximity and distance that arise within digital environments. It comments on the need for contact and isolation behind screens. Two persons, a girl and a boy, wish to communicate and fall in love. Is there really a desire that drives toward the other, or do they prefer the safety of digital cellophane?
