The Children’s Library belongs to the City of Athens Cultural<\/em>, Sport & Youth Organization (<\/em>OPANDA It is located in the Park for the Child and Culture and is addressed to children aged 6-15 years old. Its collection includes Greek and foreign language books covering all areas of human knowledge. Furthermore, in the library area, children can find a wide variety of board games and computers for safe surfing on the internet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Library carries out educational reading programs in cooperation with schools and events that meet the children’s needs for knowledge, entertainment, and creation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An online catalogue (OPAC)<\/strong> is available to <\/strong>users, which one may consult by clicking here<\/u><\/a><\/strong>. The Library is a lending library offering its services free of charge. Members can be residents of the Attica region. The membership application is completed by the child’s parent or guardian, who must provide a public document with their identity details and a public utility bill showing their home address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Library is accessible to persons with reduced mobility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
