Ioanneios Library is a branch of the Municipal Library.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Library’s Collection covers all subject areas with particular emphasis on Literature (Greek & Foreign), Ancient Greek Literature, Psychology, Philosophy, Education (Aids), History, Information material (Dictionaries – Encyclopedias). Its long catalogue also includes the collection donated by Professor Stylianos Poulopoulos, with specialized books (9,500 titles) in the fields of philosophy, psychology, sociology, political and economic sciences, history, etc. Dictionaries of Sciences etc. (in Greek, French and German).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Due to its rarity, the material is only available for on-site study. This collection gives our Library a research character. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
A reading room with free internet access is available to users. In addition, an electronic catalogue (OPAC) <\/strong>isavailable, which one may consult by clicking here. <\/strong><\/u><\/a>The Library is a lending library, offering its services free of charge.
