AFROfitness is an exercise routine that combines traditional African dance movements, focused on intensity and duration, with contemporary dance expressions, developing fluidity, a greater range of motion, and richer, more authentic movement. Through AFROfitness, various dance expressions inspired by African traditions are explored, making it an excellent full-body workout.
