Residents and visitors to the city will have the opportunity to enjoy an event postponed during the summer as a gesture of the artists’ support to the residents of the fire-affected areas. Thus, on Wednesday, September 7, the acclaimed and beloved Stefanos Korkolis will present with Sofia Manousaki the music performance “My Star, My Moon”, inspired by the work of Mikis and YannisTheodorakis, under the artistic direction of Maro Theodorakis. The great composer’s work is approached in the most minimal way possible, with a piano and a voice to highlight the melodies and lyrics. The performance aims to raise awareness, with the two artists discretely touching upon the great composer’s sublime work.
